- Sit comfortably

- Close your eyes

- Repeat a positive mantra (e.g.  I feel at peace)

- Slow breaths in and out

- Let distracting thoughts float away

- 5 minutes

- Sit up straight

- Hand on belly to sync breaths

- Eyes closed

- Inhale through nose

- Slow in breath, from abs to head

- Slow exhale

- 5 minutes

Listening to Music
Now

Be Present

- Take it slow

- Focus on one sense, one behavior

- Like something you are eating or how the chair feels while you sit

- Focus with awareness

- 5 minutes
